Andrea Offia is an Associate Counsel at Hans Offia & Associates. She is part of the team that advises and structures deal flows for local and international entities doing business in Nigeria. Andrea works across the Firm’s Corporate & Commercial, Banking & Finance, and Regulatory Compliance practice groups, supporting both transactional and advisory mandates for clients entering or expanding within the Nigerian market.
She assists in the structuring of corporate transactions, foreign direct investment vehicles, joint ventures, and commercial arrangements. Her work includes supporting due diligence exercises, drafting and reviewing transaction documentation, advising on regulatory requirements, and helping clients navigate the practical and legal steps required to establish and operate businesses in Nigeria.
Andrea brings a commercial and detail-oriented approach to her assignments. She works closely with the partners and senior lawyers to deliver practical, client-focused solutions that align legal requirements with the commercial objectives of the Firm’s local and international clients.
